I recently purchased a new Prius V from Toyota of North Charlotte. From the initial greeting to the young woman who conducted the test drive to the salesman to the finance team the process was thorough and proceeded smoothly. I showed up at the dealer location on a late Sunday morning and by 3 PM I was driving home in my new Prius V. I recently purchasd a new 2012 Camry SE from Toyota of North Charlotte. The purchasing experience was excellent. Today, I took the car in as a follow-up for a few accessories I ordered. John Ricardo was my service tech. He took care of everything and had me out of there in one and a half hours (compared to the 4 - 5 hrs originally estimated). Keep up the good work TONCH!

I have been trusting Bryan Sigmon for many years with the service of my 4Runner. He is great at explaining everything about my car in terms I can understand and I always know what repairs will cost before they do them. It`s a great service department - I highly recommend them.

toyota of north charlotte in huntersville has a great service department. everytime i go in todd h. has been friendly. i have very little knowledge on auto repair however todd has taken the time to explain in non technical terms what is wrong with my car and how they can fix it. i would recommend todd and the toyota service department to anyone.

They always take good care of my car! Josh Eller knows my name when I arrive. He goes over all repairs with me before they are completed. They will even check my tire pressure when the light is on and send me back on my way at no charge! If Josh is not there, some other very friendly person takes care of me. The hours can`t be beat. My family has always owned Toyotas and we are very familiar with the service needed to maintain them. Over the years we have been to a few Dealers in the area for service, and none can beat Toyota of North Charlotte! When you go in for service you are treated like family.
