Stay away from Crossroads
High pressure sale. They said that my credit score that was in the sevens didnt matter, there was a special rating for buying new cars !! what a load ! they continually pressured me to give them ""10`s"" on their survey marks. admin issues with the paperwork noted after the sale. stay away from Nissan in Raleigh, Sanford and Hickory.

Once you Sign the Paperwork, You No Longer Exist
I recently bought a car from this dealership. Throughout the sale everyone was friendly and very helpful. Since the papers have been signed, I have been COMPLETELY IGNORED. The salesperson, the Sales Manager, and the finance person all promised to call me back in response to a question I had (this was not a matter of me leaving a voicemail message--this was a promise they gave me over the phone.) Not one of them retu... view morerned the call. I sent two emails to the General Manager which were also ignored. Plus, they never bothered to send me the survey they promised to email me. IF you are fortunate enough to have the service department actually pick up the phone, they can be helpful. Oh, and the receptionist is very friendly and seems to genuinely want to help. That is where there customer service ends. In fact, they should not even be allowed to call it ""customer service,"" unless their service is to ignore customers--in that case, they are first rate at accomplishing their objective. For the most part, I have been happy with the car, but I wish I had bought it from a different dealership.

Once You Sign the Paperwork You No Longer Exist
I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Throughout the sale, the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Since the papers have been signed, I have been completely ignored. I had a very simple question I asked the salesman to look into, and he promised to call me back. He never did. I called and spoke to the Sales Manager, who also promised to look into it and call me back. He never did. I sent the Gene... view moreral Manager two emails and these were both ignored. They were also supposedly going to send me a customer satisfaction survey to fill out--guess what? That`s right--they never did. When I went back to the dealership, the only person available was the finance person. He sounded like he would actually do something, but again, did not call me back as promised. IF you can manage to get the service department to pick up the phone, they can be helpful. Also, the receptionist is very friendly and seems to genuinely want to help--of course she is limited in what she can do. The car, for the most part, has been fine, but I wish I had bought it from a different dealership. If this is the kind of response (or rather, lack of response) I get to a simple question, I have a feeling it will be even worse if something major happens. This dealership should not even be allowed to use the term, ""customer service,"" unless their service is to completely ignore customers--in which case they do a stellar job. Do yourself a huge favor and buy your car from someplace else! Next time I buy a car, I know I will.
