i found out about this place through my best friend. I was in the market for my first car, and I had planned to get a Honda no knowing too much about Toyota. I fell in love with my best friends car and started looking around where she purchased her car. I was in a bit of pickle, but ALLEN GODFREY (my salesman) worked everything out for me. I got a beautiful Toyota Corolla with the Grad program. :-)

Everyone was very nice and friendly and answered all of my questions. I liked the van ride to and from work. That went very well too. My car was repaired and serviced so much faster than I thought it would be. The entire experience was so good that I am telling everyone I know about it. DON`T SHOP THERE and DON`T GET SERVICED THERE! We refinanced our Sienna there and the salesman said my Mother-In-law would be a co-signer when in fact he made HER the borrower and I`m the secondary.. now when we try to get anything done on the car they call her and she is in Florida! Next the service. We had 2 front break jobs within the first year and a half of owning the car. We were staying in Massachusetts and brought it to a mechanic there and he fixed the caliper and we haven`t had a problem since. Next we recently went in for a tuneup and new belt. What we got was a $2100 hosing! Pump, new pully,,rear brake job, wiper blades, all over priced by $800 or so but what made it worse was the fact that the breaks and belt were both squealing the next day and the wiper blades just smudged and streaked the water across the windshield. Yes we brought the van back and we can still hear the brake and belt squeal and we can`t see out the drivers side on the windshield so now we need to go to a REAL mechanic to fix Concord Toyota`s mess. As long as 1 or 2 people avoid buying from them or getting service from them after reading this, I`ll be happy....and they will be out at least the amount they charged us for such pathetic service.

I recently purchased a new 2013 Toyota Tacoma from Toyota of Concord. All the initial discussion and negotiation was done via the internet or phone. I drove to the dealer with the the price pre-negotiated and signed the paperwork to finalize the deal. Overall the experience was good and I would recommend this dealer. Communication was good. Expectations were set prior to the transaction. And the salesman facilitated ... view moreme through the process. I am a picky car buyer, so I insisted the car be specifically what I wanted. The salesman (Titus H.) was able to find the exact truck I wanted in production and have it delivered. Expectations were set ahead of time that it would take several weeks to get the truck from the factory in Texas, but it actually arrived ahead of schedule. I was offered an extended warranty, but the dealer did not try to make a hard sell on it (I declined the extended warranty). Background info: My transaction was a cash transaction without a trade-in, so the transaction was made simple. I also knew exactly what vehicle I wanted when I began the negotiating process, so the salesman didn`t have to educate me on Toyota`s available vehicles. I can`t rate the dealer or salesman on this aspect.

I used USAAbuying service to purchase my Prius. TOC met their price and my price for a trade in was also met. As usual the buying experience can be drawn out time wise. This was the only negative to my experience. I love the Prius, and will have it serviced at TOC.

I have bought from this before. I don`t think any of the +ve reviews are from genuine buyers. My friend said last time that the price I paid was a little high. This time around I had called in to agree on a price. I arrive at the dealership and they act busy and then after a long time they come back with a price thats ridiculous. Much more high than what they quote over phone. Also I made clear it was OOD price. Trus... view moret me.. don`t go here. All you will get is an sleepless night thinking you would have got your car that day. Make sure you ask them to send an agree upon email price before you get there.
