THE WORST - RUN DON`T WALK FROM THESE PEOPLE

I bought a car on 2/16/11 from Beaver Dam Auto Auction, they auctioned the car as having the title on site. It was NOT. I was told pay for the car complete these papers and it will be here in 15 minutes. I waited an hour before asking for my money back as I had a flight to Charlottesville, VA. They refused. I waited 2 and half hours before a man came in with the title. I left and a mile down the road the car br... view moreoke down. It took me and my son (who had school the next day) 4 hours to get the car to his grandmothers in Kings Mountain (roughly 12 miles). Needless to say I missed my flight and he missed school the next day. The car had a blown head gasket and the dealer selling the car knew it. We got the car fixed and today my son tried to get the car registered only, to our surprise the title is incorrect and according to the DMV in Fort Mill, SC the car has a lien on it. I called Beaver Dam Auto Auction and they gave me the run around, a woman who would only tell me her name was Kathy asked me how she was supposed to know what was wrong with the paper work they gave us when we bought the car she doesn`t handle every paper that comes through that office. My son is faxing them the papers today so I asked how long once they get them can they get this fixed. I was asked again ""how am I supposed to know, you`re looking at the papers not me.""
