Worst service EVER! I came in...

Worst service EVER! I came in for a simple oil change with an appointment and they made me late for an appointment I had 2hrs later! They didn`t honor their special they were running, broke a piece of my car causing it to leak oil and then tried to cover it up! They can`t even change oil properly. False Advertisement

They advertise one price, confirm it on the phone, and then when you get there they try to sucker you into something else. Do not trust tire prices at all.

HORRIBLE!!! THE ABSOLUTE PITS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

First off, they charged us without our consent. The repair bill was $497. Anytime it`s over $350 they are required by law to call and ask for consent. They didn`t do that. And, btw, the part they charged us for was 2x over the normal price. So they stuck us with a bill we never wanted. And on top of that -- THEY DIDN`T FIX THE PROBLEM! When we went back to see them the manager, Lenny (a total jerk!) said... view more he would need to see the car again and claimed there wouldn`t be any ""additional fees."" And so, like gullible fools, we gave them our car again, trusting there`d be no further problems. Instead, we got slapped with MORE REPAIR FEES and on top of that they couldn`t guarantee the work! In other words, they STILL DIDN`T KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG AND WERE TAKING RANDOM STABS IN THE DARK TO FIX WHATEVER IT MIGHT BE! Basically just replacing one by one every part in the car! Jesus! A monkey could do a better job! When we called Lenny to complain he became ballistic and kept yelling over us and rudely put us on hold every 20 seconds. Did I mention this guy is a TOTAL JERK? I have never been to a more disreputable, dishonest, and plain disgusting business. They should be run out of the state.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!

O.M.G I TOOK MY CAR THERE WITH A PROBLEM AND ASKED THEM TO TAKE A LOOK AT IT AND CHANGE MY OIL. THIS ONE GUY WAS TO BUSY FLIRTING WITH ME THAT HE DIDN`T EVEN LOOK FOR THE PROBLEM. THE ONLY THING HE DID WAS CHANGE MY OIL. HE TOLD ME I COULD DRIVE IT, AND THAT IT WAS FINE. Terrible Service overall

I brought tires here. I spend almost 600 dollars on Michelin tires. First time I went in it was great. I brought a warranty with the tires lifetime balance and rotation. The first time I took the car in the balancing was HORRIBLE. I then called back and the manager was very very rude. He didn`t apologize not once. I think brought the car back in had to wait for almost 2 hours for my problem to be corrected. ... view more The next time it was time to get my tire rotated I called to see if they were busy. I wanted to see if I could make an appointment. He treated me as if I didn`t know what I was talking about. This will be the LAST TIME I use this Merchants.

Poor response to warranty work

I had brake pads replaced on 2 vehicles. I was recommended ceramic would be better. Both had to be replaced in under a year. Let Merchants pick the day of service. Did not hear from them all morning. Called at 1:30pm. They said your next. I told them I had to have the car at 4:30pm for an appointment at 5:30pm elsewhere. They said OK. I had to call them at 4:10pm. They said we are pulling it in now. I am very displea... view moresed with the inability to call or follow instructions. My past experiences have been marginal at best. I will never return & will repair my brakes elsewhere. I encourage others to seek other shops.

Pretty good, will return

This is a good tire/general repair shop. I have had new tires, tire repair, state inspections, oil changes, A/C repair, and a CV-joint replaced here. Prices are competitive. CV was lower than I was quoted or expected. All jobs done fine. Same day service usually. I try not to wait for the car, sometimes that drags on a while. Minor complaints: haven`t always locked my car when done (pull your radio before you go!) an... view mored one time, they left the window down a few inches and it poured... soaking the car inside! (They apologized profusely when I complained but did not offer anything to rectify it.) These are due to an individual mechanic, not the shop. I prefer to have a shop with more specialized mechanics due major work on my car. These guys are good at the basics but can`t be expected to know everything.
