Import cars are accepted. What happened?????

I`ve been trading with Charlie and Larry for over 30 years and today was "very" disappointing!!! Went in for my regular free rotation/balance that came with my tire purchase, and an oil change. Advised me that it would 5 hours before they could change the oil in which I declined but had my tires rotated that took an hour!! They weren`t busy and had no regard to any of the customers time. Some lady finally ... view moregave up after waiting to get a flat fixed because she was going to be late for work... After finally getting my tires rotated some girl tried to charge me. I told her that I had bought the tires there and it should be free. After fumbling through index cards she said that this one was free. Well yeah? Duh!! I left Charlie`s and went down the street where they took me right in for my oil change. Sorry Charlie`s !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
