I had a horrible experience with this dealership. I purchased a car in January 2013, and they couldn?ˆ™t find the specific car that I wanted so it needed to be a special order. The waiting period was to be three to four months. I agreed on the waiting period, and the end of may I went to check on the status of the car. The car was there and when I went to pick it up, they had ordered me the wrong color car. So I req... view moreuested to speak with a supervisor regarding the mistake. I spoke with one of the family members and she said that she was going to find the right color of car for me and she would call me to let me know what was going on. I never received a phone call or any other information about the car. I waited another 3 months before I contacted the dealership again so they would have the amount of time needed to re-order the car. When at the dealership I came to find out that they never ordered the car so I asked to speak with the owner to see what it kind of deal he can offer me to make this right after they made a mistake two times and I have waited over seven months. He came back with the same deal that I received from another dealership in the area plus a set of mats. I called to let him know that I was not happy with the deal and the answer was of course we will make profit off you. This is the kind of service you receive from this dealership. They only care to make their money and they don`t care about customer satisfaction at all Use this review at your discretion and I hope this experience will not happen to anybody else. Good luck! I strongly suggest to shop somewhere else.

My salesman was friendly with a great attitude and work hard to get me in a car without being pushy. Everyone on the staff was very helpful and I would easily recommend this dealership to other for all their automotive needs.

A Great Dealership was in and out in no time the staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was explained to me every step of the way and I got a great deal on a Volvo xc90! Everyone was really great and I highly recommend buying your next car from Maxwell.

The Sales staff took the time to find the car that was perfect for us. We took a few trips to the dealership to find what we were looking for and in the end they delivered and found us a car with everything we wanted. We love our new Passat and would like to say thanks to everyone at Maxwell VW.

I purchased a 2012 Subaru WRX a few days ago everyone from Maxwell was great to work with. My salesperson helped me find exactly what I wanted, and was very knowledgeable about the product. Everyone on the staff took the time to explain everything along the way, and made the entire car purchasing experience a pleasure.

I came in from out of town and Jimmy had everything ready to go. The car was as advertised. The facility is old but very clean and gave that old school feel. I talked to 3 life time customers while I was there who will not buy from anyone else. Good price, great folks, a rare find today

I felt as if the both Patrick and Rick really listened to me about both my needs and wants in regards to purchasing a new car. They met me more than halfway and exceeded my expectations.
