I got into an accident about 2 weeks ago, I was pissed and angry but the tow guy I had from Jim mazz auto really helped me to calm down. He asked how I was doing and helped me through this annoying time. It was nice that they asked how i was doing and making me feel alright then just nagging me for the tow like the other companys. They drove me back to the shop and called the rental car company, and got me set up ... view morein a vehicle. Then I called the insurance, where I had to give them my info and talked to them for almost an hour. After about 50 min this nice gentle with my request got on the phone and helped me to explain to them that i wanted to leave the vehicle here. Again for like 45 min, I was giving them my info and i dunno about insurance company but they were trying to make me go to one of there shops. I am glad I went with jim mazz auto becasue they helped me with my deductable, my car looks great, and they did quickly. Even though it sucks that my car got smashed, it was very helpful having jim mazz auto there making sure that I wasnt getting taking advantage of.
