We went to Marina Dodge looking for a 2013 Dodge Caravan, with both a DVD player and Bluetooth connectivity. My salesman Ozell said that they did not have one, but they could get one. Bluetooth was critical to me, because it is the law in NY, and because I wanted my wife to be able to dial without the distraction of looking at the phone. During the entire negotiation, I was assured that the vehicle had Bluetooth. W... view moree agreed on a price, and 2 days later we went to pick up the vehicle. When we arrived, Ozell explained to us that, once the paperwork was completed, he would take us back to the service dept, and have the techs set up our phones. Once we had the paperwork all done, we were shocked to have Ozell say &quot;I`m sorry, I made a mistake. You don`t have Bluetooth&quot;. We were pretty angry, but took the vehicle anyway. The next day, I got a call from the dealer stating that the finance guy forgot to have me sign a form. I had to drive 40 miles the next day, to sign not one, but FOUR forms that they forgot to have me sign. One of them, they were legally required to give me at the time of the sale. Since that time, I have repeatedly tried to contact my salesman, to see if there is an upgrade path to get the Bluetooth that I was promised. He has not returned my phone calls or emails yet. So, if you want knowledgeable salesman, accuracy in paperwork, and after-the-sale service, I would urge you to go somewhere else.

I attempted twice to purchase a car from this dealership based on newspaper, radio and internet ads. Both times the spin was several thousand higher than claimed/ advertised. Their practices are shameful.. The general managers were quite dishonest and one was quite rude. They earned their NO SALE. I have filed with the BBB after the most recent demoralizing experience. Bad Customer Service
Terrible customer service! Called ahead and scheduled a test drive of a used sedan. After I arrived, the gas tank of the car was almost empty with the warning light on. So my test drive consisted of driving to the gas station and filling the tank Myself. Then the salesman said he had to get back to the dealership, and immediately went on a test drive with some people buying a more expensive large suv.
I then... view more had to wait for him to come back if I wanted to go on the test drive that I had called ahead and scheduled. It was embarrassing and a waste of time. Don`t go here unless you`re buying the most expensive car on the lot, or they will ignore you!

Home Town Experience, Easy to Nogiate, Great Variety of Vehicles, I found what I want, No pressure
Based on my experience I here I am telling others to stay opened minded when you arrive. They really want to work for you but most of all when I arrived i had a differenet car in mind. Selection is so important to me bc it is very hard to make up my mind. I hope my car lasts a very long time. No problems since I bought it about 2 months ago.

When i attempted to have a warranty repair performed on my 07 outlander not only did it take 2 weeks to get parts,when they did arrive they were wrong and the brilliant service dept specialists couldn`t return a phone call. My vehicle was supposed to be ready for pick up by 2 pm and i received a call at 2:30 to tell me it couldn`t be repaired today, talk about a waste of time.

In the end they did nothing to resolve the situation and we left in a vehicle still needing warranty repairs. As a 15 year veteran technician this is the worst service i have ever dealt with..
