Just to update everyone on this company`s poor ethics...I`m taking them to small claims court. They received a refund from the Ford company on 4/2/12 in the amount of $1,733.36 for my Extended Service Plan which was figured into my loan that I am paying to the bank...and on 4/17/12 they sent $717.13 to NBT Bank as an unscheduled payment that I was not aware of until I called NBT. They will lie and promise you the moon to sell you a vehicle. They do not put prices on their vehicles, and if you ask they will tell you the don`t have that information. They say they will give you $2000 for your ""clunker"", but they do not. There will be a lawsuit against these crooks before too long. I know several others who have had very bad experiences with this dealership.

Beware...shady dealership. The only reason for giving 1 star is because you have to rate it.
A month ago I purchased a used 4x4 SUV from Royal for appx. $20,000. The sales person was wonderful & very helpful. However, thats the only nice thing I can say about this dealership...While being serviced a week after purchased, damage was done to my vehicle. After bringing it to their attention ,we were told that it was there prior to dropping it off. And the owner would have to watched the secuity tapes. I cal... view moreled several times and the owner was never in and the receptionist wouldnt take a message.Two weeks later the vehicle had to be serviced again...same issue as before. I requested to speak with the owner and got the run around. We finally spoke with the owners son and he told me they would fix it if the tapes showed the damage wasnt there when I dropped it off. The next day the owner calls and said that the camera that the service tech said was point at my vehicle has a blind spot. He was more upset over the blind spot & that he paid thousands of dollars for a camera that doesnt do what it needs to do. He told us that he would repair the damage for $400. They havent even fixed the problem that had me there that day... We will never buy from this dealership again...they dont stand behind what they sell. If I had read the reviews prior to purchase I wouldn`t of purchased from them. The service managers are rude and the owner is never around to deal with things. I guess the other reviews were right.

so if you want to have great customer service and a reliable car, do not EVER buy a car from here. i recently purchased a car from here and had the worst experience ever and have had many people tell me the same. i overpaid for the car as it was, becuase the reliability and security of buyinh through a dealership seemed worth it. first, the turning signals stopped working so i had to drive the entire 45 miles back to... view more have them fixed. they did not put gas in the loaner car and mine had a full tank. then my fuel pump busted... so i had to drive all the way back again. then 2 days before my warranty ended my ignition cylinder went. they would not even send someone to look at it. they pretty much told me they didnt want to help and wont do anything about it. every dealership that i have talked to says that they would have fixed it free of charge and these people dont even want me to bring it there. i have heard many similar stories happening through this dealership and would not recomend them to ANYONE. they are a bunch of scumbags who do not care about their clients or providing good service they are just looking to make as much money as possible and feel no guilt about screwing people over. i have also heard stories from past employees who were also screwed out of benefits and insurance... obviously they are a bunch of cheap dirtbags do not ever buy a car through them.
