I went in to New Rochelle with a door problem on my 2011 Odyssey that could not be fixed at Yonkers Honda. I went to Yonkers 3 times to fix the problem and they dont know what they are doing. I brought it to New Rochelle Honda and Bob Hilburg in service was great. Gave me a loaner car unlike Yonkers and fixed the problem on the first try. They were obviously ahead of the curve in service. I went to this dealership with high expectations. I`ve heard good things about the sales staff and the dealership itself, and everything was true. I was looking to get a good deal on a used Pilot and that`s what I got.... They had several to choose from all fairly priced. I went to the Honda of New Rochelle because they have more cars than any of the other dealerships I visited. Other places I could only see the car I wanted in a brochure but not in person. Friendly people, good customer service.

I`ve been getting my work done at Honda New Rochelle for a while now, I highly recommend them. The staff is friendly and they have always been honest with me. I`ve never felt ripped off or lied to and my car is always finished in a reasonable amount of time. Not only is the service good, but it`s very clean and comfortable. Plus free coffee! I refuse to go any where else.

I recently moved to the ny area and I needed a car. I read about honda rochelle in the paper and saw an ad for an 06` Civic that I could afford, so I went down there and spoke to a sales rep named Frank. They no longer had that car in stock so I was goign to leave. I`m glad I didn`t because I wouldn`t have gotten my car. After I totaled my car I needed to get a cheap and temporary replacement. I went to Honda New Rochelle because it was close to my house and I had heard good things about them. I was browsing the new cars even though I didn?ˆ™t think I could afford one. I did want a new car since I was replacing one that was only three years old.
