I have worked for this company before, and from an insiders point of view, this store is not that good. Actually going to the store to get parts is a nightmare! you have a good chance of waiting at least 30 minutes before receiving a damaged part or finding out that the part is not there altogether. The inventory is not accurate by any means, because the final say so comes from 800 miles away in Chicago, so it is ... view morenot the stores fault their inventory is f**ked. The workers are overworked, treated like children, underpaid, and do not care at all about servicing the customers. The store manager is very experienced, but does not care about his employees/job, which in turn affects the quality of a business. Ownership is profitable by all means, but too many corners are cut and core necessities for an auto body supplier are not provided. Sales reps have NO CLUE about the business. I myself the entire time I worked at this location gave minimal effort and acted like I was incompetent for the position in hopes of being transferred to another store. When I realized that was not going to happen, I simply quit, not regretting the decisions I made one bit! There are plenty of auto body suppliers in Queens/LI, this one you can skip over, trust me.

WHEN I CRASHED MY CAR. MY INSURANCE COMPANY WANTED TO CHARGE ME $500.00 DEDUCTABLE. I WENT ON THE INTERNET TO FIND THE PARTS MYSELF. I CAME ACCROSS THREE COMPANYS. BEST VALUE CHARGE ME FOR ALL MY PARTS AND IT WAS BELOW MY 500.00 DEDUCTABLE. I PAID $238.00 I WAS HAPPY WITH THIS. THE GIRLS THERE WAS SO HELPFULL. This is a company that is unfair and their prices are outrageous. Managment in this company sucks. The office manager Fanny is very rude and inappropiate she is also an an imagrent working with someone elses social security.
