If I could give them no stars I would. They have had my VW for two months now. He "fixed" it once and 4 days later the same issue happened. The only reason we went back is because we were told if it was the same part, then it was under warranty. USAA recommended him and he was the tow called out to us the night the car wouldn`t start. So after having our car for two months and not fixing it, hitting on me w... view morehen my husband wasn`t with me, ONLY being reached via text, promising one thing and doing another, telling everyone different stories, not replacing parts he said were replaced, abandoning the car behind a dumpster WITH THE KEYS IN IT, BREAKING THE HOOD, having it go missing for three hours, taking only cash payments and not showing us the parts that were replaced, having his "computer and fax machine down" and NOT MAKING IT TO APPOINTMENTS, he expects me NOT TO SUE AND NOT TO COME AFTER HIM???? DO NOT USE THIS PERSON. Read the other review and mine. DO NOT USE.

DO NOT EVER DO BUISNESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS! I brought my dodge neon there to get serviced. I was told it had a cracked head that had to be replaced so I took their word for it and did the &quot;repairs&quot;. The car was there for almost two months with a million excuses why it wasn`t fixed yet. Finally when it was supposedly done I was told my timing was off and it was &quot;no big deal&quot; and th... view moreat I could still drive it fine. I`m not mechanically inclined so I just went along with it. The day I picked up my car it was completely undrivable and although I had called two days prior to tell them I was coming to pick it up, no one was there and I had to call three of their listed numbers and wait almost 4 hours for them to come into work! I immediately took the car to Service Plus Automotive and then to the Dodge dealership to get two separate reports on if work was actually done. Turns out not only had they not put in a new head, both places confirmed they hadn`t taken my old one out! To make madders worse, the timing was now off making the car undrivable! Over all with the fake repairs, towing costs, costs of rental car, I`m out almost $3500! Dont end up like me, please run the other way when you see this business!
