this firestone is a bunch of crooks and hires and employees workers that have no clue on what is going on . I spent 2 hrs there waiting for my tires to be rotated to find out they could not even figure how to remove my spare!!! I approached the workers with the manual and explained to them how to replace the tire reading from the service guide in the glove box just to get a attitude from some worker saying we dont n... view moreeed your feedback we know what to do! sure enough they dont and could not complete the job. i took the car home and my 17yr old son did it in 20 mins after reading the manual. what a joke and a wast of 3hrs ,,, DONT GO THERE IF U VALUE UR CAR AND MONEY!!!!

DO NOT GO TO FIRESTONE SELDEN!
I took my camry to Firestone for an oil leak from a passenger front side. A guy named Mark looked at it and said that valve cover gasket set & spark plug tube seal needed replacement. I waited for a hour and half and a delivery guy showed up with a gasket set and new tires and guess what my car was done in 10 minutes. I was amazed!
Moreover, both new tires were put in the front. I knew that new tires always g... view moreo in back. They have huge sign in their office displaying what might happen if you put new tires in the front. I asked about tires to a guy from counter (I think Garry, kind of old fella). He was like, ""tires you`ve got in back are pretty new so it should not make any difference"". I was again amazed b`coz that guy dint even leave the counter and he seemed to know a lot about my car. He gave some bs that Firestone replaces tires anytime for free blah blah blah.... But I was happy while leaving the store as at least oil leak got fixed.
I went to work. Before leaving from work, I cranked and while warming up, I looked underneath the car and guess what, the leak prevailed. Next morning I collected some dripping oil and took the car again to him. He put it on lifts and came back saying that there was no leak. Also gave me some bs about gaskets in cold conditions contracts etc. I thought that if you decide to buy into his theory, all cars MUST leak in winter. He suggested to drop it off overnight in his garage which I did. Next morning, he came up with another discovery that oil leak seems to be from transmission case. And it is about 7-8 hour job. Immediately Garry adds up that .. no no no... it about 4-5 hour job. I realized what was happening and collected my keys and took off.
Long story short: Firestone guys dont have a clue and dont know what they are going. DO NOT EVER GO THERE!

I can not agree more with above reviews. This firestone is a big cheat..........!!!!!!!! They charge you for nothing. I used to go there a lot, once I sat there and I think they did not know about this. They did not move my car and after 2 hours, they told me your service is done. I confronted and then they said, it was a mistake. So PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE, PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE, DO NOT GO THERE... view more. And guess what, who was the person? worse customer service
Hi everyone,
I went to firestone in selden many times. The service over there is horrible. I went for wheel alignment, tire rotation, oil change, inspection and service. One old man in his sixties lied to me and said everything is done and everything is fine. My tires were not rotated, they were not in alignment. They were not inflated. So, I also doubt about oil change. If you go there, please che... view moreck everything. I have a friend now who works there. He told me many times, they dont even do oil change and charge customers when it is very busy. So my friends, please be careful.
