Good, solid,and dependable Audio Specialist - A Pro

I was referred to Rad by my Porsche sales exec after asking for suggestions about a dependable audio `pro` to advice me on options on how best to completely replace the factory OEM equipment that came with my new Porsche Cayenne. I had strict requirements and zero tolerance for error or lack of urgency or attention to detail and Rad and I got along right away. I knew what I generally wanted going in which was high end and trick it out a bit but also doing so without compromising taste. I received multiple scenarios/choices to think decide from with no pressure (no need really when you?ˆ™re talking several thousand dollars etc). It came down to execution and Rad delivered on time as committed. Did some special customizing and my main touchscreen unit looks better than any other Porsche equipment I?ˆ™ve seen; I constantly get positive compliments etc. Rad can be a bit pricey at first but you get what you pay for and he will work with you to get to the right $ amount for the project. I`ve had no issues and would recommend and use him again. My only constructive criticism would be that as I consider myself a ?ˆ?high end customer?ˆ?, it would be nice to get proactive communications (emails, newsletter etc) with recommendations on things to consider that would be complementary to my vehicle. Overall, job done well, on time and on budget.

Quality install, affordable pricing

Quality install, affordable pricing I had 2 vehicles that I purchased new remote starters for online,of all the places I called around town, they seemed to be the only ones who sounded like they ""wanted"" the business and they gave me the best rate on over the phone. It`s rare to find such a professional and courteous business, but these guys are the real deal. I would highly recommend them. Thank radical tunes

EXTREMELY IMPRESSED!

Very thorough staff. I had bad experience in the past with other shops, but I went to them for remote starter. They got me in and out, plus they fixed a few audio problems I had from a previous install free. They didn`t have to do that, but they shure got my business from now on. I definately recommend radical tunes for anything car audio and alarms

Take your trust elsewhere!

Went in twice to discuss a remote starter. Day of install looks at me like he`s never seen me before. Didn`t hold up to deal when first discussed, felt like buying a tv from 6th ave eletronics. Didn`t care to accomadate me or make me feel comfortable. Seemed like his elevator doesn`t go to the top floor! The place is a mess and so is the owner.

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware. The quoted me a price on installing a starter in a Jetta. After it was installed they said it would not work as advertised and I had to purchace more items. I had no choice. After it was all done, it still did not work right, sometimes the car would remain on after the key was taken out, and other such things. Pretty dangerous actually. The same day I asked them to take it out and give me my money... view more back. They flat refused. I want others to be aware of this place. The owner is a snake. He only wants your money and cares NOTHING about customer service. The workers seem more suited to digging ditches than installing electronics in cars, but that would be an insult to good ditch diggers everywhere. I would not recomend this place to my worst enemy. A decent alternative would be Ultimate Audio on Rt.23. Never had a problem with them and great customer support after you buy. Good luck!
