My wife and I went into Lexus of Greenwich in search of a new family car. Their top notch customer service is what really got us to stay. I guess I can say my experience at Lexus of Greenwich was too good to be true. I was waiting for something bad to pop up, a pushy sales men, bad servicing, something! and nothing, it`s been great. I`ve only gone in for routine maintenance and have never had a problem with a loaner car. Lexus of Greenwich definitely receives two thumbs up a positive recommendation.

Having purchased my car at Lexus of Greenwich, I know how awesome the buying experience was. It was so good, I was just waiting for something bad to happen but it never did. From purchase, I`ve gone in only for routine maintenance. They`re great with loaner cars and have never had a problem with them. If you`re looking for a dealership that won`t drain your life, I highly recommend this one.

Can I just say shopping at Lexus of Greenwich was the best place I`ve ever bought a car at? I only went because a friend said the service was excellent and when I got there I found out it was an understatement. The sales staff was gracious, so educated and helpful and my new IS rocks.

From walking-in for more information to driving off the lot, the sales staff at Lexus of Greenwich treated me like a king. Not only did I receive help from more than one sales man, but I even got follow ups to my house and in e-mail. They remind me to get oil changes, send me seasons greetings, it`s like I made a new friend. My experience is/was fantastic. I am very happy I went to Lexus of Greenwich.
