Worst repair shop in Watertown area

These people are the worst to deal with. They promise the world and don`t do anything they say they will. They took 3 weeks to repair my car when they said it would be no more than 5 days. Use them and learn for yourself. I complained to my insurance company and they helping me and also informed me that this shop was taken off their direct repair program. Probably because of all the complaints I hear about. Now my i... view morensurance company is paying another shop to correct Rivercoach`s poor work. The owner Chuck Minhinnett would not return any of my calls although I spoke to his office girl about 1/2 dozen times. They charged for a wheel alignment and did not complete one. I got my vehicle back with the steering wheel crooked. The paint is falling off my bumper and hood and the fenders do not line up. I have been told by other people that they too had the same problems I have had and that the owner takes advantage of people all the time. The workers are nice people but the owner is a loser for sure. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST !!!!
