The car advertised was not the...

The car advertised was not the car he had on his lot (different VIN). He also took over a month to get the registration and plates for the car (bought car in late May 2011, only got registration and plates in early July). Also, he was supposed to fix some problems with the car, but has not gotten in touch with me since mid August. He also gave me a bad check for $160 which he has never made good on.
