Just picked up my 2006 Ford F350 Diesel truck, and love it. This will make two vehicles that I have purchased from Peter Kays. They have always been a fair dealer on price and they did what we agreed on that I wanted done before I picked It up. Would buy another vehicle when the time comes.

Would not recommend at all. Spent $11.5K on truck with numerous issues. Truck was delivered with no coolant...wow thats a great sign! Luckily I noticed before we left... unfortunately we had paid already. Noise in front end and brakes were supposed to be checked and fixed before delivery, they were not. So then I had to complain about it again and also noticed the cd player did not work and a leaking oil cooler and ... view morea leaking transmission. I then had to take the truck to the other location to be fixed. They did fix the oil cooler and replaced 1 suspension part and told me they fixed the cd player and that the wheel bearing noise was just the tires. However the front end still makes a racket, the cd player does not work, the wheel bearing noise continues to get louder and i noticed the coolant reservoir is spitting coolant out of the top meaning probably a bad head gasket and now has a exhaust leak. You`d think for over $11K at least your radio would work. Given all the issues we decided to waste more money on the extended warranty..its been 2 months and i still dont have anything from the extended warranty company. MEH, it would have been cheaper and less stressful to buy something more expensive from a real dealership. But really, as with most small used car dealerships, all you are buying is a used car that came from a automobile auction (probably adessa) that a larger dealership decided not to sell and send to the auction for one reason or another (and its probably because it was a turd), Then a smaller dealership`s owner goes to the auction, wins the vehicle at or below wholesale price, marks the price way up and then sells it on their lot like its some great vehicle. Sadly, most do nothing to the vehicle unless absolutly necessary and the buyer is left to pick up the pieces.

I purchased a 2004 mazda 3 from peter kays. I went there and paid CASH for this piece of junk. I was told they Back there cars and it was a great ""quick little gas saver"" that was in mint condition. Two weeks after I got it i started having problems. A few days after the one month lease was up the transmission blew. so I had to buy a brand new transmission. A couple of months after that I had to fix it again "" ign... view moreition system failure"". Then a mass air flow censor, brakes, and now the most recent air conditioning compresser. Needless to say Ive spent 14000 dollars on this piece of crap that ive had for a year. They also told me they got the car inspected and the tint that was on the car was legal. I got a ticket the first week for the tint being to dark And then had to pay to go get it removed. Peter kay`s are a bunch of liars and crook`s. If you value your money and want a good safe reliable car I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

I recently bought a 2007 Chevy Cobalt for my daughter at college. It was in better condition and less expensive than any my daughter had found online. She should have gone there in the first place like i told her to do! Our family has bought several vehicles over the last fifteen years. Have allways been satisfied.

My minivan got totaled and I needed to replace it quickly and with out having to spend more than the insurance company was giving me. Andy and Adin worked quickly to find me the exact van I wanted, at the price I wanted to pay. I took it to my mechanic before purchasing it and it checked out great. I will be going back to Peter Kay the next time I need a vehicle and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

One of the WORST places to go for a car. The customer service was barely a notch below average and their used cars are usually lemons but of course they won`t tell you that. We bought one and just after three months we had to replace the brakes, shocks and struts, and the engine!! They wouldn`t even cover it. I bought a car from Peter Kay and now it is costing me an arm and a leg to get fixed. The radio doesn`t work, the suspenion has issues and the starter is already going out , all after only 2 months!!! When I bought the car they said they`d fix all the problems. I took it back twice and they refused to fix it!! These guys are shamsters and they do not keep their word. They will not keep their word, and they are very dishonest in my opinion. I learned the hard way by not looking at other`s review. Don`t make the same mistake I did.

I highly recommend that you purchase a vehicle any place else but here!! Based on my experience these people are not interested in anything but selling cars. I bought a vehicle from them and once I got off the lot, there were too many problems to list. They told me to just bring it back and they would fix everything and they kept it for two weeks and only fixed 2 things. These were big ticket items that should have b... view moreeen fixed before they even sold the vehicle. Supposedly they checked the car out, but missed those (go figure). They could never give me a straight answer and refused to fix the rest of the problems. If you must purchase from them, I highly recommend you have the vehicle checked out before you make your purchase. If you wait, it will be too late.
