Gouged Leather

They did a good job with the oil change as far as I can tell, but they gouged up my leather interior in my year old Mustang, and refuse to take responsibility for it. The technician took my information and promised that the manager would call the next day. The manager never called back, I had to track him down, and then he tells me that he can`t assume responsiblity for what happened. Their lack of response is ap... view morepalling and their professionalism in this matter is non existent. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
