NEVER AGAIN! They made me pay for a diagnostics check and foot the cost of their first attempt at trouble shooting my issue, just to find out that ultimately it was a issue under the lifetime warranty which is related to the transmission. When making an appointment, I was ASSURED that there would be a transmission mechanic on staff to work on my transmission. I took the day off and after waiting 2 hours for the ca... view morer to be looked at, they told me they couldn`t do it because the repair would take 3 hours and they didn`t have that kind of time (even though it was still before 10 am) and I had to come back next week so I need to take another day off. I FEEL TAKEN by having to pay for their bad troubleshooting and it`s just SIMPLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE to promise that they have the staff to work on it when they obviously are understaffed.

If you are interested in finding a dealership with low morals and utter dishonesty, then you have found it. I`ve purchased two vehicles (months apart) and have had so many issues.... Avoid this dealership at all costs...

when I came here I thought I was going to be pressured into a purchase, but I was wrong. this was by far the easiest dealership to work with. I went to a few other dealerships before here and they got me into the 2012 300 that I wanted with payments lower then my budget could afford! when Joe and Gio came back with the numbers that were lower I couldnt leave without my dream car

Awesome place! Friendly Staff and very knowledgable. My credit is just ok but they worked with me and I drove home that night in a new Chrysler 300! Could not have been happier. Thanks everyone at Barbera`s Autoland I will send my friends over to see you!

I dropped off my family vehical to have the transmission repair. they check it out and said it was one bad wire. Paid almost over 300 bucks to fix it. 50 miles later the ride shut off on its own in the middle of 95. my wife was driving the veical with two kids in it one was just became 2 and other was was 8 months old. thank god for help to get to the side of the road. went back the next day they wont fix it unless... view more i pay for the check up or any repaid that was needed. i got really upset and brought it to another place to have it checked out was told theres no new wire they just reset the program.. had to pay over 1500 for new transmission at another dodge dealer .
NEVER EVER AGAIN GOING BACK THERE!!!!!!!!! deserve no stars and shouldnt be in buisness
