Very rude customer service & awful wait time for towing service (was told 1 hour, waited over 2 hours)

I love these guys...

I would recommend these guys to anyone or anybody... whether you have a small ding or your vehicle has been in a major accident... Oxford can handle your needs.. I love the staff there everyone was down to earth and wanted to do all they could to help.. In addition to saving my entire insurance deductible, they also helped me secure a rental even when my insurance company gave me a hard time.. I was given real time u... view morepdates of every stage my car went thru during the repair process. I never once had to call and ask "is my car finished yet" they kept me abreast at all times. That`s not to speak on the excellent job they did on my 08` Audi A6.. it was in a major front end collision.. but me nor any of my family or friends were able to tell.. they also took the time to completely detailed my car inside and outside. These folks gave A1 service and have earned not only my business but the business of a lot of my friends,families and associates based upon the good work they did on my vehicle and the utmost professionalism which they handled me with.

Biggest Nightmare Auto Body Shop

HAHA.. move on to the next one when your car gets towed here! Get it out ASAP, don`t sign a THING! Know your rights when you get into an accident--I sure wish I did! Their wreck chaser hoist towed my car after I requested a flatbed. My car was appraised at $16,000 recently. Before the accident it was a $30,000 car.. My car spent day after day in that shop untouched. The underside of the car looks absolutely ... view morehorrific. They gave me back a car that wasn`t even remotely clean. They further destroyed my car and my confidence in people that are supposed to do a job correctly. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! It`s shady biz at it`s WORST.
