Over the past year I have been through the doors of many ?ˆ?professional?ˆ? car dealers talked the talk listened to all the BS and even bought a brand new car and although the car got me to point a to point b I hated the car and I Regret every day that I bought it and spent cash at a ?ˆ?professional dealer?ˆ? that never once valued me or my business. I stopped by Union Ave auto sales just to look at an older model of a car... view more I was about to purchase at a ?ˆ??ˆ?professional?ˆ? dealer the next day and was interested in the resale value of the car. I honestly had no interest in buying a car from a ?ˆ?used" car dealer, as I was looking over the car I thought to my self how refreshing it was to look at a car without having millions of sleazy sales men with bad fades and cheap suits attempt to pressure me into a car I was just looking at. Well not only did I stop to just look at that car I bought It and I bought it after I went home and researched the company and even read a concerning review. Now let me tell you why I came to this decision the car was nice but it was even better to find a real person behind a desk just like you or I about to go home to his family after putting a days work in that didn?ˆ™t mind taking some time to talk about a car he probably new I had no intention of buying. Vinny was helpful and honest but most importantly he was real. I bought the car because it was a good investment but most importantly I bought the car because of the service I received. I feel confident in my purchase and I?ˆ™m thankful that vinny helped me drive away in a car that I wouldn?ˆ™t regret and he defiantly didn?ˆ™t let me drive off with an empty tank of gas in fact he gave me money out of his own pocket to put some in to it, with that my faith in humanity was restored! So my recommendation to you is just stop in, form your own opinion about this place and if you need a car go see vinny because I did and I don?ˆ™t regret it! The car has been great and I have not had any issues with it, when a product is quality it can sell itself but it make a difference when you don?ˆ™t have to second guess the person that hands you the keys to drive it home or the establishment that its parked in!

Wow, horrible service here!!! Trusts me they DO NOT want to sell cars here. Granted used car dealers are always a problem but these people have not had any customer service training or any common professional sense. Put it this way, couldn`t locate keys, vehicle had no gas, couldn`t produce car fax because they were screwing the system by making fake accounts every month (which I reported ...duh your computer has an ... view moreIP address which they reference). There were two dealers there with their THUMBS up their (***) and customers standing around waiting for "service." Ahhh the life of incompetents idiots. So we walked or skipped out of there and went to a PROFESSIONAL dealer and sealed the deal on our new Orange Jeep Wrangler 2006 with all our options...with NO HASSLE! Got to love it. Poor service=NO BUSINESS. Horrible...DO NOT waste your time there. They have so many used cars because they can not sell ...I can do their job better in my sleep then they could on their best day.
