STAY AWAY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! I was in need of my tires to be rotated and balanced, due to an issue I had with my last so called tire company. Anyway the work was performed to my specifications, BUT I was advised my left inner tie rod "had slight amount of play" to it. I am so glad to have the knowledge to get a second opinion for any work performed on my car, as everyone should. I would give this advice to anyone having work done at Jack Williams... 1) Walk the manager around the car prior to them taking in the possession. 2) NEVER LET THEM DO ANY WORK WITHOUT A SECOND OPINION 3) Be educated.. ask a lot of questions and always get a written estimate... I have saved myself over $500.00 getting a second opinion, HOW MUCH WILL YOU SAVE !!!!!

Best in town

I purchased wheels and tire for my mini cooper from Auto Addictions/Jack Williams Tire in Whitehall. During my shopping process I stopped at many other stores in the area and AA was by far the most helpful and the only store that showed me more than one or two wheels. Their mechanic did a great job on the install and cleaned the wheels and shined the tires for me, little things like this make the difference. Jack Williams Tire, Not Recommended

Today`s Business is about Customer Service... Auto Addictions and Jack Williams tire has none. I took my Brand New wheels to be dismounted at an agreed upon price. Not only did they charge me more than agreed $~115 to dismount 4 tires (yikes), but they damaged 3 of the 4 wheels. Then the manager Ray had the audacity to blame me and say they were that way when he got them. Duh... Did I mention they were BRAND NEW? I a... view morelso ""waxed"" the wheels before I brought them to you and know every square inch.... so, I don`t think so guys. He gave me a huge attitude about it all, and then refused to install the expensive tires I ordered from him. VERY POOR Customer Service guys. It`s a small town and word gets around. I`m in the service industry and in these economic times we do whatever it takes to earn and keep a customer.

These guys are fantastic!!!!

Fast Service, Great Prices, they won`t try to screw you. I never take the time to review anybody, but I have to make an exception in this case. I had problems with Shoenersville Road Jack Williams, that almost put me off their entire outfit, I am glad I went to MacArthur Road Jack Williams. I won`t take my car anywhere else from now on.
