J & S fixed it!!

Ok...took my SUV to Monroe....what a joke!! 1st of all....the guy at the counter was the biggest jerk, ever!! He was very rude & they told me the sound (metal on metal grinding in my driver``s side wheel) was that the rotors were warped & the calipers were siezing. So...I trusted them, paid over $300.00 to get them fixed & I still heard the sound. So...I take it back & after 2 1/2 hours of sitting the... view morere, they tell me it`s in need of a wheel hub bearing & it`ll cost $400.00. But, it`ll take about 4 hours till they would have it fixed & they`re not 100% sure that`s the problem with the grinding. So...I wanna know if I am gonna be screwed by them fixing this item & then, I`ll be out MORE money & it still won`t be fixed. My son suggested J & S Auto Repair & we went & talked to them. They were very nice, very helpful & very considerate & they said "if" that`s the problem, it would cost about $300.00. They made an appointment & within 1 hour I knew EXACTLY what was wrong & then, about 2 hours later they called me & said they had fixed it!!! Needless to say...the grinding sound is GONE & I`m a happy camper!! J & S helped me save my sanity & my money!! Thank you!! Oh yeah....I will never return to Monroe.
