Ina word ""FANTASTIC""

These guys know their stuff. The name says it all...they are unequaled at automotive diagnosis and that`s what it takes to properly repair/maintain late model european luxury cars. Minor problems that seem to give ""other"" shops fits...are quickly and effortlessly dispatched by Bay Diagnostic. Less Expensive Than Dealership

I needed some repairs to my Land Rover Discovery and had always had them done at Manhattan Auto Group where I brought my truck. But they wanted something like $4000 for two items to repair. So I held off and got a flyer in the mail about Bay Diagnostic. It intrigued me but was skeptical. It was about 6 months later that I decided I had to do something as other problems popped up. Called them up to make an appt. but t... view morehey told me just bring it on in. Came to shop, explained the problems, was amazed at the ease of dropping off my truck. At the dealer always felt like I was inconveniencing them especially with the stuck up checkout women. Got the call my truck was ready which was faster than I anticipated. Got the bill and was floored...it was considerably cheaper. Where the dealer wanted to charge me $4000 for changing O2 sensors and gaskets, Bay changed all that, fixed my rear light and a few other things for a grand less. Folks are upfront, easy, explains clearly what`s wrong and are much more cost effective for me know. Prior to Bay, I was going to sell my Rover but now it I have a place to go to with losing my shirt.

Sh.....t happens!

Bay Diagnostics- Auto Mechanic Shop of Brooklyn, NY Communicates and respects their customers concerns. Be it the general : "" Auto-Mechanic-Paranoia -Syndrome"" or specific problems that occured with our Mercedes. Our vehicle was returned to us and bill payed in full before holiday and NYC Blizzard. Professionally took over the issue and was compassionate and quickly took responsibility and remedied the problems. We are picking up our Mercedes from their shop, tomorrow, Saturday 1/08/11......and have high expectations that our much needed vehicle will be in good running form. A Great Auto Repair Shop in Brooklyn

I work very close to Bay Diagnostic and I was very happy that I chose them to work on my car. I had a very positive experience with the staff. They are up front, honest, and really went the extra mile to explain everything involved in fixing my Porsche Cayenne. Better than the rest

I have a car that is not easy to fix (Mercedes Benz). A lot of mechanics do not know what they are doing with these cars. Bay Diagnostic always finds the problem. Other shops don`t even know the name of the part...I would highly recommend this shop, especially if you are coming off a dealer warranty and want equal service.

Honest, Reliable Service

I was really getting tired on the run around and expensive fees from the BMW dealer, so I decided to try something new. I brought my 2001 BMW in for service and maintenance and was pleasantly surprised by the quality service I received.
