Over 80 years ago, the three Solomon brothers, Allan, Albert and Jerry opened a small tire shop on Broad Street in Philadelphia. In those days, recapping, a process in which a tire whose tread was worn would get a new tread put on it and be kept in service. The Solomons sold retread and new tires to an ever growing driving public. The brothers built their business through hard work, superior products and service. Fast forward 80 years and those principles still hold true.
