I called and made an appointment to get ONLY my brake pads changed. When I got there they still continued to try pushing rotors on me. They ended up charging me 230 bucks just for rear brake pads (60 bucks for pads, 130 for labor, plus taxes and fees). Do not get your brake pads done here unless you absolutely have to. It is a rip off!! On top of that, I had lost a hubcap on my way home (I live in Maine). I cal... view moreled them to ask them about it and they tried to convince me that the hubcap does not need to be taken off in order to take off the wheel. They tried to ask me to come down so they could PROVE to me that it did not need to be popped off in order to get to the lug nuts. I checked all of the hubcaps right after the phone call and was able to pry off a few with my finger tips. They try to fool you, especially if you are female!

Good shop, stop faking reviews though.

Clark341 and Smith62`s profiles were created on the same day. Lizzie has a similar name, different create date. They need to be a little more clever. I`ve been here and its cool - they do a good job. But they should encourage customers to write reviews as opposed to faking it though. It can send the wrong signal.

Honest, reasonable, same-day service

Honest, reasonable, same-day service. This is a repair shop you can trust. They serviced my car`s a.c. in a few hours, at an extremely reasonable special price, and when they didn`t find the leak said I could just bring it back if it acted up again. Thank goodness I found them.

No worries here

I always come back to this place! They did a very good job a year ago when there was an oil leak on my Subaru Outback. Then last year I came for inspection and got to fix the front brakes, and it really felt much better after I did. Just recently I came back for this annual inspection again - and of course passed and left to work with no worries. Thanks!

They fixed my car right!!

I got into an accident and my car was making all sorts of noises after being ""repaired"". A friend recommended this shop and Im so glad she did!!! Its so hard to find a good mechanic and not get ripped off being a girl. But they were so nice and friendly. They fixed my car right and even helped me with my windshield wipers (I got the wrong size). They measured it and I was able to exhange it and get it installe... view mored. It was great. Im so glad I went to Brake-o-rama The funny part? I drove all the way to Lodi, only to find out Brake-O-Rama has a store in JC! Hahaha.. But so worth the trip! Honest good service. Thanks guys!
