I WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS. DO NOT SHOP THERE I was looking to purchase a 2011 Hyundai Sonata from the dealership. They advertised the online for $10,900 with 41k miles on it. We called and asked if that is the same price if we bought it outright and not finance with them. The woman on the phone said "yes" and the next day I drove a hour and a half and arrived at the dealership when the doors o... view morepened. When I saw the car at the dealership it had a price tag of $18,900. I told the salesman working there that the online price was $10,900. He said that is only if we finance with them and that would be the only way for me to get that price. So I drove and wasted my morning going to a dealership that had me go there based on a lie. Judging by all the bad reviews I see about the place I`m guessing they do not leave a good impression on people. Go anywhere else when buying a car.

If I could give a "zero" star rating I would. Run, don`t walk away from this place. My daughter purchased a used vehicle from them. They really took advantage of her inexperience. In addition to the vehicle having damage from the previous owner, which KG Suzuki did not disclose, trying to deal with these people after the fact is a nightmare. His MO is to talk louder and louder since it`s the only tool in his verbal arsenal. We are left with no choice but to pursue legal action, since they have a complete disregard for customer service.

This is the most unethical car company I have ever dealt with. I drove 75 miles to purchase a car which was advertised as clean, 75K miles, automatic and having undergone a 160 point inspection. I also had received an attractive Internet price quote. When I arrived they could not find the car. When they did, I discovered the car was a stick with 107K miles. It was filthy damaged on the outside with the mirror ha... view morenging off of the car. When I popped the hood, the engine was filthy and the battery was green with corrosion. To top it off, when I started negotiating, the price quoted was doubled because I did not want to finance the car. Complete bait and switch. The salesman I dealt with was a liar. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE THIEVES.
