Pocono Motion did a professional job on my Honda Accord that had extensive damage due to a tree falling on it. All repairs were done and my car looks brand new!!! Rich Banks even made arrangements for a rental car so I wouldn`t be inconvienced. I would highly recommend anyone bringing their car to Pocono Motion.

Scam artists .
Far from it . Neal has been doing my repairs for 25 years. He tells you how it is . If he says you need a part than you do . He will not lick and stick just to make
money . He do,es the job the right way . People want him to pass a car for state inspection . He will not ,
unless job is done right .He spends about a hour checking the car out. he pulls all 4 wheels off the car.

I brought my truck in for inspection on a Friday afternoon. The repairman told me that one tire needed a ball bearing and the other needed a tie rod. He seemed to be moving his body around excessively to create the illusion of a moving tire to me, but allowed him to call me later with an estimate. Since my husband is my mechanic, he did the repairs in the garage over the weekend eventhough he felt they were not necessary. We figured this was easier than trying to find someplace else because Monroe County is full of inspection sticker scam artists anyway. On Monday morning I called with my update and asked what I should do next. My name and number was taken down and my phone call was not returned. On Friday, I called again. Nobody answered the phone, so on the 3rd try I left a message. My call was promptly returned. The man said they ""have no stickers left"". I asked why they didn`t tell me that last week? And I said ""would you have had a sticker for me if I had paid you $300 for the bogus repairs?"" I was promptly hung up on.

I could not believe how great my car looked with the damage that was done. It was spotless as they also wash and clean your car.

Rich Banks was so accommodating he even picked me up when the car was ready! He said he does pickup and deliver in a 50 mile radius. It is hard to find service like that these days.

The body work was the best I have ever seen and would never consider using anyone else.

I would like to highly recommend Pocono Motion Body Shop to anyone who needs auto repair work. This shop offers superior quality with the added bonus of a friendly, cooperative staff. No one likes to be faced with having a car in need of repairs after damage caused by an accident or other misfortune but it`s reassuring to know that our area has a business like this one to turn to for excellent results.

My 2004 Honda Civic SI had a run in with the local wildlife here (a nice buck that got away!). Took the car to PM on the recommendation of a friend. Though they had some problems getting the correct parts from the suppliers, not PM`s fault. The repair was completed in 2 weeks. The car looks as good as new! In JUL 09 I used Pocono Motion for the 3rd time. The first 2 were insurance claims and all work was well coordinated with my carrier and the result was that the cars were good as new on the date promised. This experience was even better. In nov 2008 Got my car Repaired by Pocono Motion body shop.The man that helped me was named Rich Banks .
He waited for me intill 9 o,clock at night . He got a rent-a-car
for me.I work in newyork city so I do not get back in town

So all I wanted was for our car to be looked at last week for some front end body damage. First I was told to bring the car in first thing in the morning on the follow Tuesday and leave it there for the day. So I went back Tuesday and the rude repairman tells me he can`t look at it and to bring it back on Friday when it`s not raining. So today being Friday, I took it in first thing in the morning and the same man com... view morees up and says ""I can`t look at it today, I have no one"". WELL YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT TUESDAY. Plus he was very rude and told me ""to use common sense, because it was a holiday weekend"". Who the heck would want to use them as a car repair shop with attitudes like that. I am going somewhere else, where I`m not treated like a nobody, so should you. I hope this place goes out of business.
