Horrible service department run by Mike Elston. He personally refused to service my car after Toyota addressed him with a complaint I made for customer dissatisfaction. Even after Toyota Corporation said Towne legally had to fix my safety recall, he refused service. They use the "guess and check" method to diagnose your vehicle`s problem at the owners expense. I went to look at a particular car they advertised. I had a trade in and they knew I was paying cash. I made a deal after numerous back and forth trips with the salesperson and manager. Once we agreed they made me sign on the bottom of a scrap paper to show that I was serious about accepting the deal they presented, so I signed. Then, they told me the car would be ready for me the next day that it needed to be pr... view moreepped. I left a $200 deposit and called the next day just to verify the amount of the bank check I was to bring because they never gave me a copy of the signed contract. I also asked if I needed to bring my trade in account number so they could pay my car off. They confirmed the amount I was to bring as well as what they would need to make the payoff. When I arrived the very first item I addressed was the payoff figure and account number that they needed to take care of this. I was then led to the finance managers office. The first question the finance manager asked was if I brought the money to pay off my own loan. To make a long story short, they tried to tack on an additional 5K to the deal we had singed and agreed to the night before. Stating that if I agreed to these new terms that they could finance the additional 5K. When I would not agree to these new found terms, they tried to make it seem like it was my fault that I should have read the contract (that was never given to me nor did it mention anywhere of this extra 5K.) This place is extremely unprofessional and based on my experience I would not recommend anyone to do business with this establishment because they have no idea what they are doing when it comes to writing up a contract. It ended up costing me time and money for their short comings, then to add insult to injury they tried to make it appear that it was somehow my fault. This is the second time that we have gone here looking to buy a car and have had an issue with them. Several years we saw an suv advertised and called them up. They said it was available and we drove over there. When we got there, the salesman said that he made a mistake and tried to sell us a much higher priced suv. We said no thanks and left. We decided to give them a second chance when we were looking for a ne... view morew car for my wife. Maybe we had a bad salesman the first time. Things like that happen. When we got there, the salesman blew us off. Instead of helping us and giving us information about the car we wanted he curtly told us to look at some cars outside and walked away. Naturally we left without looking at any cars.

Our experience at Towne Toyota was excellent from the moment we walked in the door. We had been to other dealerships & felt the most comfortable & welcomed at Towne Toyota. From the moment we pulled up in the parking lot we were greeted with a friendly hello and introduction. David was very kind, patient, and considerate. Every question was answered openly and honestly. Not only was David friendly, but the entire staff made us feel welcome. I will definitely refer friends and family members to Towne Toyota.

We had the pleasure of working with Towne Toyota. Our sales associate was very patient with us as I couldn`t make up my mind in which car color to the actual make of the car. We ended up buying the 2011 Camry XLE with all the bells and whistles. Love it and the experience I had at this dealership is above all I have ever dealt with. Will do all my shopping here in the future.
