Worst service i was lied to when I ordered tires and the manager Mr small Did nothing to fix the problem will never go back

I went to Vianor in Concord on June 26 2013 to get an oil change done as I have for the past 4 years. I dealt with the store manager, Brian Small, at 1145 pm and was informed that they would be able to squeeze it in before the lunch brake. My vehicle went into the garage at 1153 and left the garage at 136pm. Here is the unfortunate events that led to the reasoning why I and my family will no longer be doing busine... view moress with this establishment ever again. I thought that it was odd for a vehicle to go into the garage at 1156 and not come out until well over an hour later, but presumed it was because the mechanics were on lunch break. At 116 I got up from my seat and notice my car was sitting out front and I figured I would be called when Brian was ready, but this did not occur until another 20 minutes later. I made eye contact with Brian when I first noticed my car and he went back to his work. After a few customers came and left because "the mechanics were on lunch break" I proceeded to talk to him about my vehicle. He completely forgot who I was and which vehicle was mine and had to sort through the entire two folders of completed vehicles. I came home after the ordeal at the garage and my father decided to look over the work order and noticed that the tire rotation was not included, so he decided to call Brian and ask why. He blatantly lied, stating that I spoke with one of the technicians and they simply did not know. He later stated that I should have asked for a tire rotation because "some" people do not want their tires rotated. I have never asked for my tires rotated because they have always done it because it is free. I understand there was a complete overhaul, but this individual should not be the manager. The lack of professionalism and general understanding of a simple business model is apparent when dealing with Brian Small, is the representation that must reflect the companies views and ideals.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
I`ve been a long time customer of Concord Tire and now Vianor Tire. The service since the name change has beed amazing. Their staff is very accomodating and friendly. They went as far as staying late after all their techs went home and repaired my vehicle to get me back on the road. As a woman, they have treated me with respect and have always explained things to me so I could understand. I would highly recommend the... view morem for service.

Vianor Tire - Concord NH
Up until this incident, I had taken my vehicle to Vianor at 63 Hall Street, Concord NH many times with good results, but it was for non-technical things such as vehicle inspections, etc. Then I took my vehicle to Vianor because I had a real problem, the vehicle was overheating. They put in a heat sensor and about $130 later, I was on my way. Then the vehicle overheated again so I went back. Then they told me it w... view moreas something else, and they said I had to put on new belts, so they did this and over $200 for this visit, I was on my way. Less than 30 days later, I was back, it was still overheating. Then they told me my head gasket was gone and that I had to take it elsewhere but still charged me a service fee. By this time, I`m nearly $500 out of pocket and still have a vehicle that overheats. Then I took it to a dealer expert, it wasn`t my head gasket, it was a minor coolant leak and the expert told me that it was this problem all along. Less than $50, the vehicle was fixed. It is now fine. I have never gone back to Vianor since. I do not recommend going to Vianor in Concord NH for any work that involves mechanical work.
