I bought a used CTS from Caddlic of Las Vegas and It was one of the best buying experiances I have ever had. (Thanks Ron Kolek). I few months later I had my check engine light come on called Ron and he set me an appointment with the service department. I was greeted by a gentleman named Doug. I have been a customer of Cadillac of Las Vegas since 2004. I have worked with Glenda, Vic, Norm, and of course Doug Ellis. I followed Doug from the other store. Doug always greets me by name and he is the only on that I let handle the service on my Escalade. I am on my second Cadillac with Cadillac of Las Vegas. Cadillac of the Las Vegas West is by far the best cadillac dealerships in town. I purchased my first cadillac from them and they made my purchasing experience quick and simple.
