My husband and I recently boug...
My husband and I recently bought a used car from Towbin Dodge. While the car is great and we are happy w/ it, we are less than impressed w/ the salesperson, Lloyd. He was very abrasive, curt, and seemed like he was being bothered - never mind that he was making a commission from the car sale. When we asked to NOT work w/ him, to work with somebody, anybody else, we were told we still had to. It is disappointing t... view morehat even w/ multiple complaints on several days that we still had to interact w/ Lloyd when it was clear that for whatever reason, he has a chip on his shoulder. When we came back a week later to get information on a replacement key, he was downright confrontational and defensive - before we had even finished describing our concern. He was already shaking his head, and making an assumption - before hearing the whole story. Finally, I called Lloyd the day after I bought the car and let him know I had left my wedding cd in our trade-in. He told me on the phone and via email that he would check the car first thing the next morning and get back to me. He never did. Towbin Dodge needs to seriously think about who is representing them - b/c someone like Lloyd will definitely do more harm than good. The only time Lloyd was remotely friendly or personable was the day I came to drop off the check to purchase the car. Anytime before or that he was not pleasant to interact with. On the positive side, Rod, one of the internet managers and Rick in the service department where a breath of fresh air compared to Lloyd. Unfortunately, their positive qualities were not enough to overcome Lloyd`s negative attitude. We wish that our multiple requests to NOT work w/ Lloyd had been honored - that would have changed the entire experience.

Would never buy anything ever ...
Would never buy anything ever again from this place....... I recently purchachased a car and nothing but problems... Service department are not qualified techs.. they r paying a bunch of people 10 bucks an hour to work on your cars, thats why everything always comes back messed up...Five star my ---.. Dont make excuses for your crappy work ethic,, get someone who truly cares about the customer.. Good luck clowns

Run if possible
Let?s see if I can make a very long and painful story short. 4 or 5 weeks ago I traded in my 2010 Dodge Challenger. The Sales force was VERY happy to add that to their inventory. Since the deal was done and I drove off in my new car, I have had to come back 5 times to their dealership. I very much doubt their service departments ??Inspections?? as my new vehicle leaked fuel like a submarine with screen doors. The answe... view morer I got was ??No Warranty??.. Ok.. My vehicle has developed several other problems and I get the same BS answer. It also appears their finance department lacks the necessary skills to complete a sale. Thinking it?s now a done deal, I get a call from Wells Fargo asking where my payment is for my 2010 Challenger. You would think after 4 to 5 weeks this would have been something they (Towbin) would take care of. Now after leaving several un answered calls to person less voice mail, I need to make yet another trip down to the Dealership. I am not saying they are bad.. But they lack the personal touch for after sale. I know Towbin is about the # of sales they do, but I will never be part of their numbers again.
