I was very disappointed with Green Valley Hand Car Wash. I paid $80 for an Interior Detail. Below I have listed my dissatisfactions: 1. Did not lean seats back to vacuum, the two front seats still had crumbs when I arrived 2. Did not whip off interior doors, left dirty hand marks on them 3. RIP in the foam hand grip of my back door. I am waiting to hear from Richard Stapp, the manager, in regards to how he is going to make this right. 4. I feel ripped off by the auto glass service inside GVHCW. He found three small chips in my car windshield that my husband later told me were minor and happen to every car. I paid $45 for an unnecessary repair. Please save yourself the disappointment and go to a different detail service/car wash. I wish I had done my research before visiting Green Valley Hand Car Wash.

WARNING TO ALL THOSE THAT WANT...
WARNING TO ALL THOSE THAT WANT TO GET THEIR CAR WASHED...DON`T DO IT!!! Here is the story: -Got our car washed -Drying guy stopped abruptly and looked at his rag as though something was wrong -Didn`t think anything of it at the time -He went in back area and got a new rag - he wrapped it up and I left. -While on vacation, we noticed major scratches on the inside of our window tint and I thought back to how... view more that could have happened... CAR WASH!!! -WE DID NOTHING TO HAVE CAUSED THOSE SCRATCHES TO OUR WINDOW TINT (Nothing was back there high enough to hit the window, nobody sat back there, we have no dogs, etc.). -Called manager of car wash while on vacation to explain situation - he was rude and short - told me to come in and they will check it out -Came in on 6/12/12 to get car washed (Groupon Deal) and show manager window tint scratches from last time -Manager calls over head manager, DELL. This MANAGER IS NOT A MANAGER AND HE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANNERS! If anything happens to your car while you are at this car wash, they will DO NOTHING... I REPEAT, THEY WILL DO NOTHING FOR YOU! Large signs everywhere that state they are not responsible for blah blah blah Manager, DELL, said "HE DIDN`T DO IT" I told him I know you didn`t do it, but one of your guys did. He claimed it was the seat belt (that couldn`t reach the window in anyway), or just ME somehow. Arguing went back and forth. I said it could have been a dirty rag (rock/debris, etc.) that the detailer had or the detailer`s ring. He said, and I quote, "Guys Don`t wear jewelry". Really? Yes they do! I forgot... we live in Las Vegas and we couldn`t possibly have dirt/rocks here in Vegas (sarcasm of course). The entire situation was quite humiliating. Dell was in no way accommodating, empathetic to the "customer`s situation" and was extremely condescending. I asked if he was the owner and he said no and that the owner lived out of State. I asked to contact the owner. He refused to give me the owner`s contact info. He said, "I am it...I am the top" and that I could not speak to the owner. Ways Dell, the manager, could have helped me in the situation (customer`s are usually right, right?) 1. He could have asked me if I recognized the detailer who I thought caused the scratches and we could have asked him if he recalls anything 2. He could have taken me aside and spoken to me privately instead of in front of all his workers/customers in the fashion he did 3. He could have provided me the owner`s contact info. OR HE COULD HAVE JUST TAKEN CAR OF MY WINDOW TINT SCRATCHES! To all you Yelpers, I promise you... I am in no way trying to get my 2011 50K car`s expensive window tint taken car of by this Green Valley Car Wash place because of something I think I did. I would not put myself through all this if I knew for a fact this was something I did. To add that I am being truthful, the window tint (nano film) is under warranty with the window tint company that I went through. I would not have put myself or gone through this horrible/embarrassing situation if I believed they did not do it. It the principal. Green Valley was responsible for the damage and they DO NOT WANT TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY. My GOAL: is to tell everyone in every way I can that I would not trust your car at this place because if something does happen, THEY WILL DO NOTHING ABOUT IT!

bad bad experience
I had my car washed June 2011 and was talked into getting my cracked windshield repaired. The crack spread and I went back in September and it was ""re-repaired"". Now it has spread again and when I went back in January, they offered to fix it again. I called my insurance company who advised that after a first attempt at fixing the windshield, it should not be tried again because it compromises the integrity of t... view morehe glass. I called All American Auto Glass and they offered to give me some money toward a new windshield but not the amount they billed my insurance company. They told me not to call them anymore because I turned them over to the BBB//GREEN VALLEY HAND CAR WASH is allowing another business they are in ""bed"" with to rip people off!!! Keep it in mind if you go there. When I called GVHCW I told them I would not recommend them to anyone and they asked why I was mad at them. It`s because they allow a second business located at their business to rip people off. BEWARE!!!

This is by far the worst car wash that I have ever been to. Most recently on January 17, 2012 I took my car in to get a basic wash and the upholstery cleaned. It took about an hour and the wash job looked fine. After I had returned home I noticed a large dent and scratch on the passenger side front quarter panel. When I returned to the car wash to report the damage the "manager" whose name is Dell argued wi... view moreth me saying that I can`t prove that the damage happened here and that I am responsible for paying for it since it is "my car" as he stated. After arguing with him for 15 minutes and listening to him to continue to tell me that "he" did not damage my car and that I "can`t prove that it happened here" I asked for him to show me the written policy on damage to vehicles. The only thing he could show me was a sign on the door stating that they are not responsible for damage to "windshields, valuables left in the car, and aftermarket equipment". When I pointed out to him that nowhere on his sign did it say body damage he continued with his argument that I have to prove that it happened there. When I told him that he will be reported to the better business bureau he said "good luck proving it". That`s awesome customer service. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT take your car here!

Just got my car washed and I am in a very good mood. I don`t know why this place always puts me in such a good mood?! I think it`s because of the kind staff or probably the fact that my car is spotless or MAYBE and most likely because of the massage chairs. Either way im one happy camper!

IF you have A LOT of extra time and like streaks ENJOY!
I had gotten a living social deal for this place knowing it was a bit off my beaten path, but what a great deal (3 washes for $18) Or so I thought! I got there and it was fr the basic wash, ok fine....I asked a couple of questions about the upgraded washes and decided to spend a couple extra $$ and get the gold wash. I asked about timing and they said it wouldn`t take anymore time then the basic wash. So, I went ... view moreand sat down w/my lunch knowing it would be a little bit of time....in NO WAY did I think it would take OVER an HOUR to get my truck back! It took them about 30 min to get it out of the wash area to dry it, then decided to try and dry a full size truck w/only 1 person in DIRECT SUN...resulting in streaks all over the truck and windows. After about an hour I went up to the guy working on it and he said he was just finishing....yet I paid for the floor mats to be done and I had to ASK for them to get done! All he did was go spray them off then slap them together before putting them back into the truck WET! Are you kidding me! Over an hour to get my truck back, streaks, wet floor mats that I wouldn`t consider clean....I`ll eat the rest of the cost of my `deal` what a joke! I won`t be back to this place ever! This was also the feeling of another lady sitting w/me while she waited for her truck over an hour also! This was a huge waste of time and $$$

Best car wash in Vegas
I have been coming to this car wash for ten years. They are always friendly and helpful with my vehicles. I drive a corvette and I am very particular with my car. This is the only place I will have my car washed and detailed. The employees and management are always responsive to my needs. Best car wash in town hands down!

Beware of ""barking manager"" and lazy ""son-of-the-owner"". Don`t use this car wash if you expect courtesy and good attitude from the manager and the owner`s son - he`ll be the one texting as you pull up or sitting at the slot machines inside chatting with his co-workers while you wait outside for him to notice you want to give this business money for a service. I have been a customer here for many years and have seen the decline in customer service each time I`ve visited for the last year. So..I`m done. These people are unenthusiatic about their jobs, rude and unprofessional. Professional service & hidden treasure inside!
I visited Green Valley Car Wash for the first time this week. The staff was very helpful on explaining the wash options without being pushy or dismissive. The cashier not only reminded me to thoroughly checkout the completed wash before Ieft as they will redo anything not up to my picky standards, but volunteered there was a 72 hour rain guarantee! The new cafe inside has everything from fresh baked muffins & cookies, to real Chicago dogs, panini sandwiches & more. I had fresh squeezed lemonade (the girl squeezed it fresh right in front of me) and a lowcarb chicken caesar wrap...from scratch dressing...BEST CAESAR I EVER HAD. I will be there every week for lunch & a GREAT car wash. I highly reccomend this business.
