Do not go there! They are bunch of liars! They are just like Jiffy Lube telling you there`s problems with your car when there isn`t. They charged me over $1,000 for a radiator exchange. I talked to Japanese Auto Service on Spring Mountain over the phone to ask them if Pep Boys was ripping me off...and she said that they were when she told me Japanese Auto Service would charge me only $350.00!! LIARS

I had went in to have the alignment and Ty rod fixed on the front end of my truck. After waiting for 4 hours for them to tell me the exact same thing I told them, they quoted me an outrageous price. I explained I didn`t need all four tires at this time, just the front two. They stated that they would price match if I found the tires or service cheaper somewhere else. So I took them up on their offer. I went searching... view more. Of coarse I found it $327 cheaper including 4 tires. So I let them know. They said ok we`ll do it. So I took the car back first thing in the morning like THEY asked said they would have all my parts and it would take a little over an hour to fix. Low and behold, I get there to find out they sold my parts to someone else, and they only had 2 tires. They had me waiting, said my other parts would be there any moment. 2. Hours pass no parts yet, then ouT of the blue they can`t uphold their deal. So after arguing for another 2 hours to put my car back together so I can take it somewhere else. They finally took it off the lift ... WHAT CRAPPY BUISINESS!!!!!!

TERRIBLE!!!!

What a joke. This is the worst company I have ever encountered. I took my car in after my timing belt broke. They diagnosed that they needed to replace the timing belt and water pump. I gave the OK. A week later when they finally got around to working on my car, they discovered that part of the engine needed to be replaced. Three days later the WHOLE engine needed to be replaced. As I needed the car to get back home,... view more I had to have it fixed. What do you know when they "discover" that the whole transmission is shot, too. What a pack of crappy liars. I am so disgusted. They said it would be ready January 2. Not. Now January 8. Not. January 20. Of course it wasn`t ready. Now January 22. No call. Finally on January 26 I called and it was ready to go. They even said they took it on a 30 mile test drive. I drove 300 miles to come pick it up and I was an hour out of Vegas and the speed sensor "broke"...coincidence? Of course not. I puttered home and now have my car in to get fixed (the check engine light came on, the windshield fluid no longer comes out, and the power steering fluid is leaking) at Pep Boys at home. I thought that maybe they would do a decent job, but again I am dealing with the same crappy service. The ONLY reason my car is at PepBoys is for the warranty. After this I will NEVER be taking any business there AGAIN. I fully recommend this to anyone who has a mind to have fair and decent service to their car! WHAT A JOKE!
