i wish you could give company no stars. We had them tow our Limo and they towed the wrong way and destroyed the transmission. The Mechanic called me immediately and said it was the worst company he has ever dealt with. When i confronted the company the only excuses they could give to me for towing wrong way was that it saved time because they initially could tow the right way. This business is absolutely horrible to deal with and with just a little research around the net will bring you to the same conclusion. They have enormous towing fees, their staff is rude, and items in my vehicle came up &quot;missing&quot;. I was very impressed with the customer service representative who took my call and scheduled for a tow truck to be dispatched out to my area. She was very courteous and efficient with her work and for the tow truck driver that came out, he was very professional and friendly and took very good care of my vehicle. EXCELLENT AUTO BODY SHOP

on 2/22/11 my car was rear ended by an uninsured driver, ewing bros. towing was directed by the Highway Patrol to tow my car to their yard. I called the following day to have the car towed to a repair shop and found that they had a collsion center on site. I was transfered to the body shop and was treated with great customer service, my car was moved into their facilty and stored free of charge for an additional two ... view moreweeks while I saved enough money to have it repaired.
