I normally would never take the time out of my day to write a review but this place has hands down won me over! Being a business oriented individual I always do my due diligence and had gotten two prior quotes for the same job before I just happen to be getting my car washed at Ecowash Auto Spa (Didn`t dawn upon me that they are a repair facility as well, duh) so I figured while I was there to just humor myself... view more and get a quote for my repairs. Within one min. I had a gentleman approach me, introduced himself as Mike (one of the owners and one of their Master Techs), he asked me about my concerns with my vehicle and have I had anyone else look at it yet to determine what the actual problem was? So I proceed to tell him everything that the other tech had previously told me and that I had already had it diagnosed and didn`t want to pay another 150.00 dollars just to have the same answer just to get a quote. Mike proceeded to tell me that he would be more than happy to give me a quote on the repair that I am inquiring about but if he ended up doing the repair and it did not end up fixing my concern he would not be liable as he did not do the diagnose. After discussing my vehicle a little bit more in depth with Mike I agreed to have him look at my vehicle for a quick 5 mins. stating that he only charges 85.00 an hour for diagnosis but if he can figure it out fairly quickly he doesn`t charge anything. Here is where it gets REALLY GOOD! Ten mins later Mike comes up front and says and I quote, "What yeahoos are you having look at your vehicle?" LOL He proceeds to take me back to the vehicle and show me what is exactly wrong with it!!! Long story short - vehicle is running amazing and he saved me over $1300.00!! All he asked in return is if I was happy with there honest approach and quality of work to tell 1-2 people about their services... So here I am, a man of my word! HONEST TRUSTWORTHY QUALITY Sums it up! I do not give referrals lightly but I feel like Mike and his facility have earned and deserved it! Thanks again Mike!!!
