After studying reviews, I visited a dozen of collision specialists in the valley from Centennial to Henderson. Their explanations varied and estimates differed widely including an irrelevant damage to the sensor. I recently moved to Nevada and went to do the smog test in order to register my car... It failed... The guy at the smog place was very nice and gave me a business card of a good local repair place that was ""reasonably priced and honest"". I took my car their and they came back saying I needed the EGR valve and O2 sensors replaced and it would cost $525+ tax!!! I called back right away to schedule a time to come in. I dropped it off the next morning and it was done by the time I got off work at 2:00 PM. Not only were they much more affordable and very timely but I had asked him to check out another problem for me which the other repair shop gave me their estimate at approx $500. Well, Keith at Premier Collision Center went ahead and fixed it for me for $20 in addition to replacing a hose. My experience with Premier Collision Center was the BEST auto repair experience I`ve ever had. I will be taking my car there for all further maintenance.

Great follow up and service. Made sure to call if additional cost involved and answered all my questions and even saved me a bit a money by suggesting some parts were able to be reused.

It is so hard to decide on a place to take your vehicle when it needs work. I don`t want to get ripped off, lied to, or WORSE, have them mess up my car even more!! I called and got a simple quote for a few services. My boyfriend took my car in and they were so helpful. I wasn`t sure if I needed a new fuel pump all together or if something minor could do it. A/c issues after someone else removed motor, then we had a/c issuse. They siad it was not their fault, said the compressor was toast.

Kieth and Lori, looked at it and told me that they had tried to recharge the system with air in it. It was not the compressor ($1,200) part it just needed to be properly recharged and the air removed.

I took a chance on getting my son`s car fixed here after he crashed it. Keith, the owner, gave me a great price and the work was done quickly and excellently. I have since been taking all 3 of my vehicles here and Keith will tell me if I do not need work done which saves me money. I would recommend this shop to everyone. The owner, Keith is very honest and his prices are very reasonable. His shop does both mechanical and collision repair and they do excellent work.
