I bought an SUV from Jamie Hathcock a year ago. I highly recommend them. Everyone from my salesman Owen, to Nathan, and even Jamie himself have been helpful and quick to respond when I had a unique challenge with my SUV. I really would like to thank Brad for going out of his way to help me and my daughter. He came to my house after we bought it and help me with a flat. I have to say the Jamie Hathcock Auto Group worked with me, especially Brad at the Kearney St. lot and Nathan. I have to thank them for helping me. I signed a ?ˆ?as is contract?ˆ?. We checked out the car thoroughly before we bought it. The oil was clean, motor sounded perfect. Everyone thought it was a great car. I had spent my whole wad. I didn?ˆ™t think the Hathcock Group knew there was something wrong with the car when they sold it to me. But Brad came down (70 miles or so), picked up the car. Had his mechanics?ˆ™ look at it, and actually paid more than half of the discounted cost to replace the upper and lower end? (As a car lot they get better prices than I could have.) I?ˆ™m grateful for their help, not only for the half price rebuilt motor I got, but I never would have been able find someone to do it in such a fast time frame, in the small town we live in. Don`t buy a car here! We where lied to and given the run around. Yesterday was told they would give us $2,500 for our trade-ins (we had two). Sold one this morning outright so called back to try and deal - that was a joke. They stated they never gave us a price for our vehicle which they did. Then my husband tried to talk to Jamie and he said bring us cash money, we don`t want trades and I don`t have time for this... view more sh$t! Some business man. Jamie Hathcock is your classic used car dealership. I have recently purchased a vehicle from them, and it has been nothing but problems, costing me lots of money I don`t have since the day I got it. Every day I get in my car and as it fails to start for a while, I cuss about Jamie shaking my hand and telling me, "You got a good one." I have found multiple things that have been fixed... view more cheaply, and incorrectly on the car and too many problems to list. I wanted to tell Brad thanks for all the help he did withgettig my daughters in a nice car. He was very nice and treated us like family not just some customer. He also came out and helped me with a problem I had with my car and he didnt even sell it to me. Thanks again and I highly recommend Brad at the North store.

We traded our suv in for a larger one in Aug.2010 with Jamie Hathcock Auto group.We have been nothing but happy with the service we have gotten from Jamie,Owen,and Nathan.Any time I have needed anything they have been very friendley and professional.I have always been provided transportation,while minor work was completed on my Ford.We will buy again from Jamie and we recommend them to our family and friends.

These guys are THE reason why used car salesmen have such a bad reputation... nothing but scoundrels! They lie, tried to take advantage and when confronted or questioned... behaved like a pouty two year old who didn`t get his way.
