A Horrible Experience!

If you are reading this Review DO NOT GO TO RICS AUTO CLINIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was the worst experience of my life, I had brake failure and needed my car to be repaired in an emergency situation so I had my car taken to Rick`s Auto, for the persons in the place are very rude and are all about there own agenda. They over estimated my... view more cost to the problem of my brakes, did not fix it coorectly, charged me for an extra two hours of labor that they didn`t even though and then did not even fix the whole problem. They are quick to point out other problems from them to get more money on, they nickel and dime you and the service isn`t that good. They charge you just as much as a car dealership service center and it is not worth it. If you do not want to be dissapointed please find some where else to take your vehicle!

Honesty & Integrity

Two things you normally can?t find in a mechanic, but the people at Rick?s have them both. Family owned shop that treats everyone the right way. I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of service repair. Work was done quickly, accurately, and priced right. Will definitely use Ricks again for any of my cars repairs.
