They Suck!

Had an alarm system put in there and about a week later my car wouldn`t start. The owner charged me for having it looked at because he said it wasn`t because of his alarm my car didn`t start turns out it was my factory alarm. So after I got the car to work, took it to another spot and they said that it was wired completely wrong and that if it was done correctly that both alarms would work in conjunction with each ot... view moreher. Needless to say, I`m never going back and don`t recommend anyone else to go there. The guarantee I got from KC Audio & Alarm was a bunch of B.S., he didn`t want to admit that it was their fault, instead it was my car`s fault for not working. I know of other people who have had problems like mine with this place, unfortunately they didn`t tell me until after I went there... Wasted my money and time, ended up stripping their alarm out and got it replaced with a different one and haven`t had problems since.
