DONT USE HUGE RIPP OFF NEVER EVER AGAIN
DO NOT USE!!! GO TO ROYS or ANYONE ELSE!!! I SWEAR TO ANYONE NOT TO USE THIS PLACE!!!!! If I could rank them 0 stars I would. They installed new rims and tires that I purchased (not from them) and quoted me $30.00 a piece. $120 right?? $120 for simply putting new tires on new rims and taking old ones (left complete) off so I could store in my garage for spares. $120 is very high but I didnt want to deal with going to... view more another place, I wanted my rims on my car STAT because the old ones are in pretty bad shape because of city/Chicago living, curbs, weather, etc. I got factory rims and tires off ebay for my car. They quoted me $30 a piece and after taking in my car, halfway through they called to tell me that it was company policy to install my old TPS sensors in my old tires into my new tires for $15 a piece. They started work on my car and tried to upsell me after they began work. I called three other dobbs to verify that it is not company policy to install the old TPS and even if they did, they couldn?ˆ™t reprogram a Mercedes Benz anyhow. A tpms is nothing more than a luxury car perc to see you tire pressure on your screen if you want to see the lbs per inch your tires are running at while driving. I called back and explained this to Zack. Zack told me I had to pay or he would stop work. I agreed to pay and demanded a managers number. I told Zack that I called 3 other dobbs/Manager names to confirm exact tire size and exact job they all came back the same price..... and I even filled him in on not even being able to reprogram the sensors anyhow. Zack said "oh yes, it is company policy and it will work and you will see the tire pressure monitor after you drive a few miles" I knew it wouldn`t work. The manager was not in and I was told I would get a call the next day by John Frankiewicz. LOL!!! I had to call him 5 days later and he told me after I threatened to call Mr. Dobbs (the owner) about the unhappy experience, mad because of the upsell after exact quote, the fake company policy (for 2008 and newer cars only), other store quotes with exact same job, my car not linking to the sensors and the upsell to put new tires, him (the manager) not calling me back the next day, and this is what he said (I kid you not!!!) He told me he would return the TPMS dollars if he ?ˆ?never saw my face again" that "Mr. Dobbs himself would tell me that the customer is not allways right", I got a deal in the first place.... it should have been $250!!!! (I am not a moron, even paying $120 is robbery) and that he would "only take the addition cost off if I didn?ˆ™t call his manager and he wouldn`t if I did". Good luck shopping here..... I never write reviews but felt compelled for Dobbs. The money isn`t the point, I don?ˆ™t care... it is about principal. They are more honest in Chicago which is a joke in itself. Go to CostCo or Sams or Walmart. Adam Paul Ellisville, MO

horrible
Went to go back after oil change due to car was leaking oil. Very rude person at counter, basically blamed me (although was filter not put on tight). I was trying to hand my keys to him (while he was talking to other workers) and the "free shuttle" left without me. I had to walk a mile in 95 degree weather to get home. I have gone here on a regular basis, and will never go back again. Women beware!!!
