I recently had my car run over by an SUV while it was sitting in a parking lot. I contacted the Collision Center of Columbia and they picked up my car and returned it a few days later looking better than when it was totaled! The best part was that I didn`t have to worry about all of the details in between.

Simply remarkable service. I do not live or work in Columbia, so convenience was a concern. They provided a vehicle for me to drive and allowed me to drop off and pick up my car on a schedule that worked for me to travel there. They took care of all the insurance issues and had my car looking like new with absolutely NO hassle!

Not only are they referred by State Farm Insurance Companies but my sister was also referred by the Progressive Insurance Company as well. No one hates the hassle of car repairs more than me! But after a fender bender during our latest snow storm, my State Farm agent recommended Collision Center of Columbia. My cousin had used them, too, and his car looks like new. My car needed repairs to the side and front, and now you can`t even tell I was in an accident.. And they kept me updated during the repairs. I have been doing business with the Collision Center of Columbia since they first opened in the spring of 2007. I have had my personal vehicles repaired by them and referred them to family and friends with great success. They are very thorough and really care about the outcome of their services. I was rear-ended with minor damage. Took my car here because Progressive suggested it. After a week in the shop, my car is probably of lesser value now than it was when I took it there (with the damage). The new bumper does not line up (probably not a GM certified part) and there are gaps where the bumper meets the body of the car.
