Sat in the dealer for 6 hours getting the run around on the price, then the financing, i.e. they were never forthright regarding the interest rate or payments.
The salesperson was continuously vague and stating that you are the next person they are going to talk to...as hours went by. The salesman was conversational but continued to say that the financing dept wouldn`t share the details of the loan, except he slip... view moreped and stated that my interest rate was slightly higher and they were continuing to work on it. I`ve never purchased a car before were the salesperson didn`t keep you abreast of the price or specific interest details (by the way they wouldn`t budge on the price of a used 2008 Nissan Pathfinder with NO warranty whatsoever).
After 6 hours waiting and needing to pick up my kids from school he offered to let me drive the vehicle home and introduce it to the family, I declined.
I didn`t want to have a conversation with the kids and husband about a deal that fell through because I got screwed on the financing. No point in dangling the carrot. Miraculously a half hour after I left they called to tell me the paperwork was ready and ""he was still unsure of the details""....I`m a little unsure of why I`d do business with people that cannot communicate while you are sitting in their salesroom for 6 hours.
Complete run around all day long....and did I mention I was only about the 3rd customer they had all day. You would`ve though you would get the golden treatment with those few sales.
Remember to respect your own time because no one else will, your time is just as valuable as theirs.

Not Recommended (west county Nissan)

I just bought a car from west county Nissan, the experience with them was terrible. After signing a contract and getting ready to take the car with me, the sales person comes up with one pair of key and promises to providing me with other set (never happened). After driving it for 2 months One of the fog light went out and the same problem with battery, they did not want to take care of the problems.
Anyway, do no... view moret recommend it (eventhough pricing must have been reasonable). Very bad experience, they tell you free car wash, but you have to hand the car to them and waitting 30-40 min for one regular machine car wash.
