Don`t Do Business With Them

I purchased a vehicle from them on 8/8/06. I was purchasing insurance from one of there lenders, and gave the salesman cash for the insurance money. He said the lady picks up the money in there office. After I left, I did a little shopping around for insurance and found it half the amount charged. I called st Charles Auto Auction and spoke with the salesman. He said that was no problem. But the lady already picked it... view more up. He then said he would call her to cancel and get my money back. So a week goes by and I called him back, he said it take 8-10 days to get your money. I was fine and waited 10 more days. Still no response. I called him back and it happened to be labor day weekend, that Friday. The salesman said I am going out of town and when I get back I will call her again. Another week goes by, no money no call. So I called St Charles Auto Auction again. They told me the salesman no longer is employed there and I must call his cell phone to ask him about the money. So I called and he said he would call her and call me back. Well another day goes by and I decided to just go to the Insurance place myself to get my money. The lady shows me signed documentation that she was never given any money. So I called St Charles Auto Auction again The owner will not help me. He said he never seen the money so he is not responsible. He also accused the salesman of stealing my money. It was his employee and he is responsible. So I called the salesman again. The salesman said that is one of the reasons he left. There has been money coming up missing. It was stated that the owner had a partner and the partner left but still had a key and was able to get in and take money. So no one will help me. Now here I am, a single mother of two young children, out of the money I worked hard for. I had no money as it was, why did this have to happen to me?
