NIGHTMARE

MY COMPANY HAS BEEN USING MOBILE TECHS TO SERVICE OUR FLEET VEHICLES FOR ABOUT A YEAR. A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO, WE HAD A TRANSMISSION PROBLEM WITH ONE OF THE TRUCKS AND WERE TOLD IT HAD TO BE REPLACED. THEY CAME AND TOWED IT BACK TO THIER SHOP. THREE WEEKS LATER, IT WAS FINALLY READY. AFTER HAVING TO RENT ANOTHER TRUCK, WE WERE PRETTY EXCITED TO GET THIS MESS OVER WITH. THE VERY NEXT DAY, THE TRANSMISSION GOES OUT AGA... view moreIN!!! SO WE GO THROUGH THE WHOLE ORDEAL AGAIN, AND THEN AGAIN, AND THEN AGAIN. SINCE DECEMBER (2009), THE TRUCK HAS BEEN IN 5 TIMES FOR THE SAME PROBLEM COSTING US AN ARM AND A LEG IN LOST TIME, RENTALS, AND REPAIRS. IN ADDITION, THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST AS BAD AS THEIR LABOR. ONE OF THE MANY TIMES OUR TRUCK BROKE DOWN (BECAUSE OF THIER SUBPAR WORK), I CALLED KEVIN (THE MANAGER) AND HE REFUSED TO SEND SOMEONE OUT TO ASSESS THE SITUATION. WE`VE WASTED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS BECAUSE OF MOBILE TECH AND I DONT WANT ANYONE ELSE TO GET RIPPED OFF LIKE WE DID.

STRANDED

MY CAR BROKE DOWN ON THE WAY TO WORK AND I DID NOT HAVE ANYONE TO COME HELP ME. I REMEMBERED A CARD MY SISTER HAD GIVEN ME FROM MOBILE TECHS WHEN SHE HAD HER OIL SERVICE. I CALLED AND THEY SENT OUT THE NICEST SERVICE TECH TO HELP ME WITH MY CAR. IT WAS ONLY THE WIRING BUT HE HAD IT REPAIRED AND ME BACK ON THE ROAD IN LESS THAN AN HOUR.
