I am very particular about where I take my sports car to be worked on, so when I moved to Delaware, I went on the hunt for a good Car Care Center. I finally found Meineke Car Care Center. I took my `baby` in for a service, and to have a rattle checked. I was very impressed with their knowledge, customer service, and how they ensured my vehicle was looked after. Will definitely be returning.

I also experienced terrible Customer Service. They put the wrong part on my car and then quoted the correct part at a cost 4 times as much as the original. They will not refund the original amount only credit it towards the correct job. I was able to get it done correctly locally for the same amount as I originally paid. I feel like this was a scam. I have taken my car to there shop many times and every time something wrong has happened the customer service is terrible and the wait is insane the last time I took my car there was took have my ac system fixed in the middle of a heat wave I dropped my car off on Tuesday Friday had come and they still did not even pull my car into the bay to look at it after watching other cars that had come days after mine worked o... view moren and out the door seeing s this is my get around car and I need it to get to work I was furious when I called and asked why my car had not been looked at yet the manager replied that he was waiting on a bay to open wow SAVE YOUR SELF THE TIME AND GO A QUARTER MILE DOWN THE ROAD TO EAGLE EYE AUTO there are great mechanics there that are honest and know how good business works
