horrible customer service

I took my car there a couple days ago and I`m very disappointed with the outcome. First, they tell me my car will be ready in an hour or two but they change it to the next day. My car was suppose to be ready early in the morning; it wasn`t ready until after 4:30 and had to let me windshield sit over night. I asked them why isn`t my car ready and faced with a lot of backlash. They told me I should be happy that I got ... view morea windshield and just because they told me a time, doesn`t make it a fact. Don`t waste your time or money!

I took my ride there and the end results were I was out of tons of money. They damage my wiring and threw off my electrical wiring. It cost me a lot of time and money to repair something that they had damage. My car was working fine before I took it there. I WILL NEVER use them ever again and I suggest you do the same. RUN and don`t look back.. Go else where in clarksdale or call the people from batesville, I hea... view morerd they will come to you(no matter where u are) and replace or repair your windshield and i hear they are alot cheaper..I wish I would known about them before going to this company. They also could have offered to fix the problem but instead they denied doing it. No more of me supporting the local companies, my experience there was awful!!!!
