Paying attention to the small budget

It was a blast actually. I went there just to peek around and Amanda Greenwaldt showed me around the place. For the fact that I had a small budget I certainly managed to drag poor Amanda around. I think I took her attention for 4 hours. All afternoon. And although banks told me due to lack of credit status (and a low income) I need to have a co-sign they managed to find me the financing I needed and get me rolling in... view more my Impala. (The car I really wanted) They really cared about what I felt comfortable with for monthly payment and didn`t pressure me to go bigger or more expensive. GREAT FUN AND WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

Excellent

Hassle free, excellent service, straight shooters. I was dreading buying another vehicle until I walked into Ryans. The sales guys, Bruce and Jake, did not mess around. Mitch in finance was unbelievable. All business and we were able to get a deal done in no time. First time I walked out of a dealership with out the feeling of being screwed.

One Bad Salesman

We like Ryan Auto Mall. Good selection of vehicles and most of the people we met were very nice. With that said we didn`t end up buying our vehicle from Ryan because of our horrible salesman. The whole time he was more concerned with telling us that he is the most honest salesman in the business and was telling us all about his pay plan and getting paid. He said that he only wanted to deal with buyers not lookers. A ... view morecouple of times he was even complaining about some other customers.He was being very unprofessional. We had found a vehicle that we wanted and we wanted to know what our payments would be and talk to the finance people. He said that our rate would be about 1.9 without even talking to finance.
